Select your mail program:
Outlook 2002 or 2003

Outlook 2002 or 2003

Step 1:
Open Outlook 2002/2003 and in the top menu bar click Tools then Email Accounts...
Select 'Add a new e-mail account' then press the next button.


Step 2:
Select 'POP3' then press the 'Next' button.


Step 3:
Enter your account information.


Step 4:
Press the 'More Settings' button...
Give this mail account a name..


Step 5:
Select the 'Outgoing Server' Tab...
Check the box that says 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Then Select the first option 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'


Step 6:
Click on the 'Advanced' tab...
Under the Delivery section, check 'Leave a copy of messages on the server' and 'Remove from server when deleted from Deleted Items.' Press 'OK'
(These options are used so a copy is left on our server that you can access from our Webmail program)



Step 6:
Press 'OK' to finalize your account. At list point you should see a 'Congratulations!' Press Finish. You have now setup your email account.
