Outlook 2002/2003/2007 Account Settings
(The screens may not match exactly but all the settings are the same no matter what version of Outlook you are using.)

Step 1:
Open Outlook 2002/2003 and in the top menu bar click 'Tools' then 'Email Accounts'...
Select 'Add a new e-mail account' then press the next button.

Open Outlook 2007 and in the top menu bar click 'Tools' then 'Account Settings'...
Under the Email Tab click the 'New' Button.


Step 2:
Select 'POP3' then press the 'Next' button.


Step 3:
Enter your account information.


Step 4:
Press the 'More Settings' button...
Give this mail account a name..


Step 5:
Click on the 'Outgoing Server' tab...
Check the box that says 'My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires athentication


Step 6:
Click on the 'Advanced' tab...
Under 'Server Port Numbers' if you have problems sending mail change the SMTP port from 25 to 366.
Under the Delivery section, check 'Leave a copy of messages on the server' and 'Remove from server when deleted from Deleted Items.' Press 'OK'
(These options are used so a copy is left on our server that you can access from our Webmail program)



Step 7:
Press 'OK' to finalize your account. At list point you should see a 'Congratulations!' Press Finish. You have now setup your email account.
